Ex-Lovers Held Captive in an Elevator (2021)
This playwriting piece earned 2nd place in the 2021 Creative Writing Awards at Michigan State University, judged by Philip Metres. It centers on May and Noah, two exes stuck in a hospital elevator, whose bickering, banter, and buried feelings turn a routine ride into a second chance they never saw coming.
